Food sensitivities are a known trigger of autoimmunity, just ask most autoimmune sufferers!
Gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, other grains, food colorings, lectins, nightshades, gums....the list is long! Sometimes you feel it, sometimes you don't, but foods and additives in foods can lead to inflammation and autoimmune flares. Discovering and removing your triggers can lead to relief.
